Administrative Fees

Pursuant to Article 14 of the Law on Republic Administrative Fees (“Official Gazette of the Republic of Serbia” No. 43/03, 51/03, 53/04,... 59/24, 63/24, 94/24...), the applicant shall when submitting the application pay both republic administrative fees: for submission of application to the amount of 420,00 dinar and for issuing the resolution to the amount of 720,00 dinar. This may be settled by making payment into the account of the Republic of Serbia, No. 840-742221843-57 (Model 97, Reference number 95 018 59006) set up for that purpose, or by buying tax stamps to the indicated amount. Receipt of payment shall be submitted to the Agency.

Where the fee payment obligations is not settled when submitting the application, the applicant will be called upon to pay it; however, in such case he will be asked to pay also the tax payment reminder fee to the amount of 360,00 dinar.

Republic administrative fee of RSD 530,00 per sheet of the original document is charged for a document transcript.

Administrative fees change on a periodic basis in line with the Law on Republic Administrative Fees.

Approval of Distribution System Development Plan and Investment Plan of Elektrodistribucija Srbije

On the session held on April 23, 2026, the Council of the Energy Agency of the Republic of Serbia has adopted a decision on the approval of the Distribution System Development Plan for 2025-2034 and the decision on the approval of the Distribution System Investment Plan for 2025-2027 which were submitted to the Agency by the Distribution System Operator “Elektrodistribucija Srbije” LLC Beograd.

AERS: Transportgas Serbia Meets Conditions for Certification as an Independent System Operator

On the session held on 31 March 2026, the Council of the Energy Agency of the Republic of Serbia has adopted a conclusion confirming that TRANSPORTGAS SRBIJA d.o.o. Novi Sad has fulfilled the requirements for the legal and functional unbundling of ownership of the natural gas transmission network, thereby meeting the prescribed conditions for certification under the independent system operator model.
