Administrative Fees

Pursuant to Article 14 of the Law on Republic Administrative Fees (“Official Gazette of the Republic of Serbia” No. 43/03, 51/03, 53/04,... 59/24, 63/24, 94/24...), the applicant shall when submitting the application pay both republic administrative fees: for submission of application to the amount of 420,00 dinar and for issuing the resolution to the amount of 720,00 dinar. This may be settled by making payment into the account of the Republic of Serbia, No. 840-742221843-57 (Model 97, Reference number 95 018 59006) set up for that purpose, or by buying tax stamps to the indicated amount. Receipt of payment shall be submitted to the Agency.

Where the fee payment obligations is not settled when submitting the application, the applicant will be called upon to pay it; however, in such case he will be asked to pay also the tax payment reminder fee to the amount of 360,00 dinar.

Republic administrative fee of RSD 530,00 per sheet of the original document is charged for a document transcript.

Administrative fees change on a periodic basis in line with the Law on Republic Administrative Fees.

AERS: EMS Granted Exemption and Approval to Apply an Alternative Form of Procuring Balancing Capacity on Market Principles

On the session held on December 28, 2025, upon the request of the transmission system operator, the joint-stock company “Elektromreža Srbije” Belgrade, the Council of the Energy Agency of the Republic of Serbia has adopted a decision granting an exemption and application of another form of procuring balancing capacity based on market principles.


AERS: Approval of the EMS AD Transmission Network Code

On the session held on 25 December 2025, the Council of the Energy Agency of the Republic of Serbia has adopted a decision granting approval to the Transmission Network Code prepared by the transmission system operator of the Republic of Serbia, EMS AD.

The main reason for adopting the new Transmission Network Code is alignment with the new Energy Law of November 2024, the Decree on the Conditions of Electricity Delivery and Supply, as well as harmonization with European network codes (adapted EU regulations) that have been transposed into the legislative framework of the Republic of Serbia.
