Pursuant to Article 14 of the Law on Republic Administrative Fees (“Official Gazette of the Republic of Serbia” No. 43/03, 51/03, 53/04,... 59/24, 63/24, 94/24..., 54/26), the applicant shall when submitting the application pay both republic administrative fees: for submission of application to the amount of 430,00 dinar and for issuing the resolution to the amount of 740,00 dinar. This may be settled by making payment into the account of the Republic of Serbia, No. 840-742221843-57 (Model 97, Reference number 95 018 59006) set up for that purpose, or by buying tax stamps to the indicated amount. Receipt of payment shall be submitted to the Agency.
Where the fee payment obligations is not settled when submitting the application, the applicant will be called upon to pay it; however, in such case he will be asked to pay also the tax payment reminder fee to the amount of 370,00 dinar.
Republic administrative fee of RSD 550,00 per sheet of the original document is charged for a document transcript.
Administrative fees change on a periodic basis in line with the Law on Republic Administrative Fees.
