AERS Council Adopted Methodology for Setting Natural Gas Transmission Tariff in Line with Regulation Establishing a Network Code on Harmonised Transmission Tariff Structures for Gas

BELGRADE, February 3 - On the session held on January 30, 2025, the Agency Council has adopted the Methodology for Setting Natural Gas Tariff in line with the Regulation Establishing a Network Code on Harmonised Transmission Tariff Structures for Gas.

The Methodology enters into force on the day of its publication in the Official Gazette of the Republic of Serbia.

Approval of Report on Establishment and Implementation of Interim Measures of Transportgas Srbija d.o.o. Novi Sad

BELGRADE, January 30, 2025 –On the session held on January 30, 2025, the Council of the Energy Agency of the Republic of Serbia has adopted a Decision on Approval of Report on Establishment and Implementation of Interim Measures of Transportgas Srbija d.o.o. Novi Sad which regulates the implementation of interim measures for system balancing in line with the Decree on Network Code for Natural Gas Transmission Network Code “Official Gazette of RS”, No. 112 of October 12, 2022.

APPROVAL OF NATURAL GAS TRANSMISSION NETWORK CODE OF TRANSPORTGAS SRBIJA

On the session held on January 30, 2025, the Council of the Energy Agency of the Republic of Serbia has adopted a decision on the approval of Natural Gas Transmission Network Code of Transportgas Srbija d.o.o. Novi Sad which regulates the relations between the transmission system operator and users.

APPROVAL OF OPERATIONAL LIMITATIONS FOR PRODUCTION FACILITIES BEING CONNECTED TO THE TRANSMISSION SYSTEM

AERS:Decision on the approval of amendment to Electricity Market Code

BELGRADE, December 26, 2024 - AЕRS: On the session held on December 26, 2024, the Council of the Energy Agency of the Republic of Serbia has adopted a decision on the approval of amendment to Electricity Market Code which was drafted by the transmission system operator of the Republic of Serbia EMS AD.

Approval of Transmission System Investment Plan for 2024-2026

BELGRADE, December 6, 2024 – On the session held on December 5, 2024, the Council of the Energy Agency of the Republic of Serbia has adopted a decision on approval of Transmission System Investment Plan for 2024-2026 which was submitted to the Agency by the transmission system operator “Elektromreža Srbije” AD.

The investment plan for the following three years describes the investment demand from national, regional and European aspect and the realization of the plan has an important impact to the increase in transmission capacity that will enable further electricity market development, increase in transmission system reliability, security of customers’ supply and increased possibility to connect new electricity sources.

APPROVAL OF RULES REGULATING PROCEDURE AND METHOD OF TRANSMISSION CAPACITY ALLOCATION BETWEEN BIDDING ZONES

On the session held on November 28, 2024, the Council of the Energy Agency of the Republic of Serbia has approved rules regulating the procedure and method of transmission capacity allocation on borders between bidding zones of the transmission system operator of the Republic of Serbia (EMS AD) and the transmission system operators of North Macedonia (MEPSO), Romania (Transelektrika), Bosnia and Herzegovina (NOSBiH), Bulgaria (ESO), Croatia (HOPS) and Montenegro (CGES) for 2025.

APPROVAL OF NATURAL GAS DISTRIBUTION SYSTEM OPERATOR DEVELOPMENT PLAN OF “YUGOROSGAZ” JSC BELGRADE

BELGRADE, Thursday, October 17, 2024.

On the session held on October 17, 2024, the Council of the Energy Agency of the Republic of Serbia has adopted a decision on the approval of the Distribution System Development Plan for 2024-2028 with the investment plan for 2024-2026 which was submitted to the Agency by the natural gas distribution system operator “Yugorosgaz” JSC Belgrade.

The plan envisages the natural gas distribution system development in line with the customers’ connection demand.

On the session held on October 9, 2024, the Council of the Energy Agency of the Republic of Serbia has adopted a decision on the approval of the Distribution System Development Plan for 2024-2028 with the investment plan for 2024-2026 which was submitted to the Agency by the natural gas distribution system operator PUC “Standard”, Ada.
