How prices are established

The Agency adopts methodologies for the establishment of: transmission and distribution use-of-system charges and prices of electricity meant for guaranteed supply.

Energy entities which perform regulated energy activities calculate regulated prices and adopt a document on prices which is submitted to the Agency for approval. Within the procedure of approval of such a document, the Agency analyses submitted energy-techincal and economic-financial data and documents and establishes whether regulated prices were set in line with methodologies.
