Oil and Oil Derivatives

Transportation Grid Code

As in line with Article 327 of the Energy Law (“Official Gazette of RS”, No. 145/14 and 95/18 –another law) the transportation system operator conducting oil pipeline transportation shall pass the Oil Transportation Network Code that includes in particular the following: technical conditions for connecting to the oil transportation grid, technical conditions for safe grid functioning, emergency procedure, rules on third party access to the natural oil transportation grid, functional requirements and accuracy class of measuring devices, method of measuring oil and other transportation arrangements.
