Administrative Fees

Pursuant to Article 14 of the Law on Republic Administrative Fees (“Official Gazette of the Republic of Serbia” No. 43/03, 51/03, 53/04,... 59/24, 63/24, 94/24), the applicant shall when submitting the application pay both republic administrative fees: for submission of application to the amount of 400,00 dinar and for issuing the resolution to the amount of 690,00 dinar. This may be settled by making payment into the account of the Republic of Serbia, No. 840-742221843-57 (Model 97, Reference number 95 018 59006) set up for that purpose, or by buying tax stamps to the indicated amount. Receipt of payment shall be submitted to the Agency.

Where the fee payment obligations is not settled when submitting the application, the applicant will be called upon to pay it; however, in such case he will be asked to pay also the tax payment reminder fee to the amount of 350,00 dinar.

Republic administrative fee of RSD 510,00 per sheet of the original document is charged for a document transcript.

Administrative fees change on a periodic basis in line with the Law on Republic Administrative Fees.

AERS: TRANSPORTGAS SERBIA Certification as an Independent System Operator


BELGRADE, March 21 -  Acting on the request of the company TRANSPORTGAS SERBIA Novi Sad, based in Novi Sad, on the session held on March 21, 2025, the Council of the Energy Agency of the Republic of Serbia has adopted a decision granting TRANSPORTGAS SERBIA Novi Sad a certificate as an independent system operator.

AERS Council Adopted Methodology for Setting Natural Gas Transmission Tariff in Line with Regulation Establishing a Network Code on Harmonised Transmission Tariff Structures for Gas

BELGRADE, February 3 - On the session held on January 30, 2025, the Agency Council has adopted the Methodology for Setting Natural Gas Tariff in line with the Regulation Establishing a Network Code on Harmonised Transmission Tariff Structures for Gas.

The Methodology enters into force on the day of its publication in the Official Gazette of the Republic of Serbia.

Novi Sad which regulates the implementation of interim measures for system balancing in line with the Decree on Network Code for Natural Gas Transmission Network Code “Official Gazette of RS”, No. 112 of October 12, 2022.
