DECISION ON RULES FOR CAPACITY ALLOCATION AND MECHANISMS FOR TRANSMISSION CAPACITY OPERATION OF GASTRANS COMPANY

On the session held on September 3, 2018, the Council of the Energy Agency of the Republic of Serbia has adopted a Decision on Rules for Capacity Allocation and Mechanisms for Transmission Capacity Operation of GASTRANS d.o.o. Novi Sad Company.

This Decision has been adopted within a procedure which is carried out by the Agency in line with Article 288 of the Energy Law upon an application of GASTRANS of February 2, 2018 for the exemption of the future gas interconnector from the third party access rules and from ownership unbundling requirements.

Pursuant to Article 288, paragraph 7 of the Energy Law, the Council of the Agency adopts this Decision before making a decision on the exemption application, whereby rules and mechanisms defined by this Decision are applied by GASTRANS in the procedure of binding capacity allocation on the interconnector for which exemption is asked if the exemption is approved by the Agency in line with Article 288 of the Law.
